Our Team, Our Story
Marion “Cookie” Cozine is a dedicated advocate with a lifelong passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care and support to others. With over 32 years of experience as a Psychiatric Technician at Agnews State Hospital, Marion deeply understands the complex challenges individuals and their families face.
As a statewide trainer and licensed educator, she has traveled nationwide to share critical safety practices, equipping staff with the knowledge and skills needed to provide confident, compassionate care.
For the past 12 years, Marion has served as a certified trainer with the Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI). Additionally, her 16 years as Assistant Program Director at the Mission Bay Adult Day Program in San Jose have enabled her to make a lasting impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities.

Her unwavering commitment to service truly reflects her heartfelt mission: to provide safe, accessible, and personalized transportation for all—opening doors to greater independence and new opportunities.
